• TypedGraph — turns Markdown notes and code into a typed, validated knowledge graph that people and AI agents share: openCypher, vector search and GraphRAG, a CLI and an MCP server, shipped as an Obsidian plugin and a VS Code extension.
• Tiramemsu — an embedded graph database in Rust on SQLite where every fact has an id, so provenance and belief stack as layers; bitemporal by construction, append-only, SPARQL and openCypher over one store.
• OxigraphDB — an embeddable RDF / SPARQL database for agents at the edge, with time-travel queries over versioned state and a Datalog reasoning layer.
• shacl2cypher — a compiler from W3C SHACL shapes to Cypher validation queries for property graphs, with JUnit and SARIF output for CI; published on PyPI.
• Published the underlying research independently on Zenodo: layered bitemporal graphs and metagraph encodings over identified triples.
